Arthaus is a luxury condo tower on the corner of Spruce and Broad streets in Center City Philadelphia. Carl Dranoff is the visionary behind the structure and its interiors, pulling a global influence into the space that diffuses beyond the threshold, into an ignored urban corridor. The project is anchoring the reimagination of South Broad Street—the Avenue of the Arts, the first phase of which opened in June 2026.
